I'm not as much of a gambler as my wife and like to find someplace to read while she has fun. Most casinos don't provide anyplace to relax where you don't have to be spending money. I think Dover Downs is unique in providing it. No hotel at Md Live and that is important to us because we enjoy the lobby at Dover for interludes from gambling.
We have been fans of Dover Downs and get free stuff there so we compared MD Live to that.
It is about an hour drive from our home so is much more practical for a day trip than anything else at the moment.
